In The Breath of Life
From what I have learned and experienced,
ALL of our thought,
feeling,
emotion,
reasoning,
joy,
pain,
comfort,
ecstasy,
I am that,
IAM,
happiness,
comes from the quality of our breath!
If you are not breathing, you are experiencing
a block somewhere in your CHI.
What I mean by not breathing is that may
times there is a *pause* in the flow. If you ever
feel tension, anxiety, or pain...this could be the
reason.
Take a moment to follow your breath,
observe as it flows in and out of you.
Nice, slow, even breath.
Feel it move through you,
in to your mouth, *breathe*
into your lungs, *breathe*
into your arms, *breathe*
through to your hands and tips
of your fingers,
*breathing* each breath slow and evenly,
touching each cell
in your body. *breathe*
Now, going down through your hips, *breathing*
your legs, *breathe*
your toes...*breathe*, to the tips of your toes and
back out.
Each breath comes in and cleanses your body
replacing the stale energy in you and opening
up your source energy wave.
Repeat this for 10 minutes and notice your
new awareness.
